A booking is only confirmed after payment (full or partial)

 Portugalidays reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings in case of incorrect information or misuse.

4. 💳 Payments

Prices include VAT where applicable Available payment methods: Stripe, PayPal, bank transfer, MB Way, and Revolut Prepayment may be required to confirm the booking

5. ❌ Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made less than 15 days before check-in are non-refundable

6. 🕒 Check-in & Check-out

Check-out: until 10:00 AM

Special requests are subject to availability.

7. 🐾 House Rules

🚭 No smoking indoors

😌 Quiet hours: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

👶 Children must be supervised

🎉 No parties or events allowed

🏡 Respect the property and neighbors Failure to comply may result in termination of the stay without refund.

8. 🐶 Pets

Some properties are pet-friendly. Pets must be approved in advance.

9. 💥 Security Deposit & Damages

Guests are responsible for any damages

Repair costs may be charged

All applicable fees will be shown during booking

All properties are covered by liability insurance, with individual policy numbers.

Disruptions caused by external factors (weather, technical issues, third-party services)

13. 📸 Use of Images

Commercial use of photos/videos is not allowed without prior authorization.

14. 🌐 Intellectual Property

All website content belongs to Portugalidays and may not be used without permission.

15. ⚖️ Applicable Law

Disputes will be handled in the jurisdiction of the company’s location.
