At Portugalidays, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and the management of our properties.

📅 Cancellations

✔️ Free cancellation for bookings made more than 15 days before check-in

❌ Cancellations made less than 15 days before check-in are non-refundable

💳 Refunds

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the booking

Processing times may vary depending on banks or payment platforms

🔄 Booking Changes

Date changes are subject to availability

Price differences may apply depending on the new dates or number of guests

Last-minute changes may not always be possible

⚠️ No-show

 In case of no-show, the total reservation amount will be charged

The booking will be considered cancelled with no refund

🌪️ Exceptional Circumstances

In case of unforeseen events or force majeure (e.g., extreme weather conditions, legal restrictions, etc.), each situation will be reviewed individually.

We may offer:

Date changes

Credit for a future stay

🏡 Cancellation by Portugalidays

Although rare, Portugalidays reserves the right to cancel bookings in exceptional situations. In such cases:

 A full refund will be issued

An alternative accommodation of similar standard may be proposed

🧾 Additional Costs

Cleaning fees and other applicable charges follow the same cancellation rules

Costs already incurred may not be refundable
